(The rules we’d rather do without)
At Go Promotions, we know rules aren’t much fun. We don’t like them any more than you do. But stuff happens, so we’d be mad to operate without them, and you’d be mad to order if you didn’t check them out first. So here they are …
1/ All payments are expected before production starts, unless you have made special arrangements with the Go Promotions team. Yep … go doesn’t always mean go.
2/ All mock-ups must be signed-off before production begins. That way, we get it right first time.
3/ All credit card payments are charged an extra 2% (the bank charges us, so we need to charge you).
4/ We’re pretty special but, no matter how hard we try, some things are beyond our control, such as customs delays and transport hold-ups. We cannot be held accountable and don’t offer refunds if your order is late due to these types of issues. Thankfully, they’re rare.
5/ Please choose carefully – if you decide to cancel an order, you will be liable for any costs we’ve incurred on the order progress to date, for example: printing costs, design work and/or bank fees.
6/ Go Promotions sources value-for-money products from a network of suppliers across the globe. Prices can shift quickly according to exchange rates and changing input costs. Thus, our quotes are each valid for 10 days only; prices may change if you wait longer to confirm your order.
7/ Go Promotions offers free print set up for all orders; this does NOT mean free artwork design. It means we will, at no cost, do the print set up using the artwork you provide. We also offer a design (artwork) service, but separate charges apply. Refer to the Artwork Requirements page on our website for details of packages available.
8/ Go Promotions offers FREE standard rate shipping for all orders. It’s a great offer that saves a lot of mucking around with postage calculations. Of course, we’ll oblige if you prefer express shipping or request re-delivery of an item, but we will pass on any additional charges to you.
9/ Claims or Returns. We’re human. Despite our best efforts we (or our suppliers) occasionally make a mistake. In that unlikely event, we accept written claims only and they must be made within 14 days of you receiving goods. We only accept claims or returns where there is a fault in the product supplied or an error in the printing. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement is issued. If you do have a problem with your order, please call us to discuss (we’re a friendly bunch).
10/ Samples. We are happy to provide samples on request but we do require that you return them to us. Go Promotions has to pay suppliers for the samples so we’ve got some extra rules to cover this area. Maximum sample quantity is two of any one product range. We request that all samples provided free of charge are returned to us within 21 days – if not, we will bill the cost to you. Any accumulated or individual samples with a total value over $20 (+GST) will need to be paid for before dispatch. We will credit the cost back if you place an order or return the samples.
11/ All products and artwork remain the property of Go Promotions until full payment is received. We sometimes wish we could do it for zilch, but we’re a business!
